The NDSU Main Research Center Greenhouse in Fargo, ND, represents a significant step forward in agricultural research at NDSU. The 41,600 square foot facility features the latest in greenhouse technology. The layout of the building was designed in close cooperation with agricultural researchers to determine the most efficient layout, and maintaining capabilities for future growth. The external design draws upon agricultural vernacular traditions while the interior contains research support areas.
