Concordia College Upperclassmen Housing

In order to serve the ever-growing needs of Concordia College’s growing upperclass student housing population, a new building was constructed to provide a residential setting within the college campus.  The design of the buildings took cues from the existing historic structures on campus, departing purposefully from the austere modern typology found in the academic building on campus, in an effort to provide a transitional architecture to the context of single family residential neighborhoods.
