First International Bank & Trust is a mixed use community development project involving the FIB&T regional headquarters in Watford City, North Dakota. The project is part of a larger Watford City community revitalization effort by citizens and community leaders. Included in the design is a community entertainment facility to include two movie theaters, a bowling alley, and family restaurant. The project is seen as a keystone in an effort to promote Watford City.
