The City of Fargo, in partnership with Wells Fargo Bank and Community First Bank, developed the new parking facility to satisfy demand for additional parking space and encourage public use of the downtown businesses.  HDG was integral to the master planning and economic evaluation of the project and the implementation of the selected design.  Positioned between downtown Fargo main street and island park, the new facility presents a non-utilitarian image for a parking structure and reinforces the street scape at both sides of the block.
